Recipe HubTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Graphic Diversity, a company registered in Hong Kong, for using the Recipe Hub app and recipehub.io. By using Recipe Hub you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Choose a username that doesn't impersonate anyone or mislead people.
Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, photos and text you add. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate and share them as needed to run Recipe Hub, for example to show your posts to others or open your share links. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies others saved before that.
Respect creators
- Imports are for your personal cooking. Recipe Hub keeps a credit and a link to the original creator; don't remove credit or present someone else's work as your own.
- Only post photos and text you have the right to share.
- If you believe content on Recipe Hub infringes your rights, email support@recipehub.io with the link and details, and we will review it.
Community rules
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or dangerous; spam; or content that could make people ill (for example unsafe food handling presented as safe). We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report and Block in the app; we review reports within 24 hours.
AI and recipes
Imports and translations are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. Always check ingredients, allergens, quantities, cooking times and temperatures before cooking. Recipes from other users are their own; we don't verify them.
Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes a daily number of imports and translations. Recipe Hub Pro, when offered, is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; you manage and cancel it in your store account settings.
Availability
We work to keep Recipe Hub running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Some imports may fail because other platforms limit access to their posts. We may change or stop features.
Ending
You can stop using Recipe Hub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Recipe Hub is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for harm from following a recipe. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
